Kind Regards from the South

Super Market Art Fair 2026

For the second time, Casa Belgrado will participate in Supermarket – Stockholm Independent Art Fair, one of the world’s most important independent art fairs. This year the fair celebrates its 20th anniversary with a special edition titled The Great Gala, bringing together artist-run spaces and cultural organizations from around the globe in Stockholm, Sweden, April 23–26, 2026.

Under the title Kind Regards from the South, Casa Belgrado’s presentation will be curated by Mercedes Lozano, an Argentine curator and researcher with an extensive background in Latin American contemporary art. The project explores the connections between the geographic and cultural South, and the need to build networks of exchange and solidarity across borders.

The presentation will feature works by three artists: Lucía Sorans, an Argentine artist who will present handmade watercolors and a painting made with collected earths, weaving narratives that are both intimate and deeply tied to the land; Pablo Cavallo, an Argentine artist whose pictorial practice is expressed on this occasion through watercolor; and Caperan Caperan, a Chilean artist based in Buenos Aires, whose work investigates identity, the body, and the edges of the visible.
